Where there is no commission, which is the travel you booked yourself and the custom parts of a trip, they charge planning fees of $100 to $500. You have already booked, so you are in the second group either way. We take no commission from anyone, which is also why nothing in your guide is there because someone paid to put it there.

And whether it works at the hour you would go, with your kids' ages and the weather that day. Every source is listed in your guide, so you can confirm anything yourself on the morning it matters.

Places close, and we cannot promise otherwise. What we can do is make sure you are never the last to know. Every place in your guide carries the source it was checked against, so you can confirm the one thing that matters on the morning it matters. Because your guide is built within a day of you asking for it, those checks are as fresh as they can be.

We use modern research tools, including AI, to search wide. Nothing ships until every place is verified against live sources and a person has reviewed the shortlist. The failures you have seen from travel chatbots, closed restaurants and invented places, are exactly what the checking exists to catch.

Less than you expect. Your family name, because your guide is addressed to you. Ages, not dates of birth, and no children's names. No passport details, and payment runs through Stripe so we never see your card. We do ask where you are staying, because every walk and drive is timed from that door, and it never appears in the guide. Anything about allergies or getting around is used to choose places and is never published.

Only us. Your guide sits behind a private link and a passphrase, and nothing about your family is published in it, which is enforced by the code that builds it rather than by good intentions. Ask us to delete your data and we delete it.

Not perfectly, and we will not pretend otherwise. Which is why the form is not the only way in: reply to your order email with anything the form had no box for, and a person reads it before the shortlist is built. The form itself asks what nothing else does: nap rhythm, hard nos, what tends to trip up your days, what is already sorted. A person then reads the shortlist against your own words before anything is built. And if it still misses when it arrives, you have seven days to ask for your money back.

It is where we are strongest. Grandparents, parents and small kids move at different speeds, and the guide plans for all three at once because the questionnaire asks about everyone traveling.

Yes. Port days are planned around your actual ship timings and terminal, which is where generic advice most often goes wrong.

Any time before your guide is delivered: full refund. After delivery: you have seven days to change your mind and get your money back either way. If your dates move and the destination is the same, we update your guide at no charge. A different destination is a different trip, so it is a new guide at the normal price.
