Places close, and we cannot promise otherwise. What we can do is make sure you are never the last to know. Every place in your guide carries the source it was checked against, so you can confirm the one thing that matters on the morning it matters. Only us. Your guide sits behind a private link and a passphrase, and nothing about your family is published in it, which is enforced by the code that builds it rather than by good intentions. Ask us to delete your data and we delete it.

Not perfectly, and we will not pretend otherwise. Which is why the form is not the only way in: reply to your order email with anything the form had no box for, and a person reads it before the shortlist is built. The form itself asks what nothing else does: nap rhythm, hard nos, what tends to trip up your days, what is already sorted. A person then reads the shortlist against your own words before anything is built. And if it still misses when it arrives, you have seven days to ask for your money back.

Any time before your guide is delivered: full refund. After delivery: you have seven days to change your mind and get your money back either way. If your dates move and the destination is the same, we update your guide at no charge. A different destination is a different trip, so it is a new guide at the normal price.

No, and that is deliberate. We take no commission from any hotel, airline, restaurant or operator, which is the reason nothing in your guide is there because somebody paid to put it there. You book what you want to book. The guide tells you what is worth booking ahead and what is not.

Yes. A full guide is open to anyone, built for three generations in San Diego and anonymised. Tap through the days, open a place, and you will see the sources it was checked against underneath it. It is the same thing you would get, researched for a different family.

Wherever you are going. The research is done for your trip rather than pulled off a shelf, so there is no list of covered cities. Guides so far have covered the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Denmark and Norway. If we cannot do your destination well, we will say so before you pay.

No. It is a private web page built for a phone. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, and once it has loaded it keeps working with no signal, which matters more abroad than anywhere. Nothing to download, nothing to print, nothing to lose in an inbox.
